Description
Situated in a tranquil position this small villa overlooks the village and the lake. It houses two mini ( 28 mq) apartments both of which are made up of a living room –double bed sofa, table, chairs, wardrobe, kitchen zone with oven and fridge, chest of drawers, iron and ironing board, colour TV., with tv. video -, bathroom and balcony with outside clotheshorse. Ideal for one or two people or parents with one small child. The price includes : gas, water, electricity, clean linen ( changed once a week). The villa has a garden with tables, chairs, sun beds and beach umbrellas. All one needs to relax in the sun.
