Description
This bakery started off in Molveno 100 years ago under the name Donini. Back in 1996 it joined up with another bakery in Andalo called Perli and together they formed the Doper Bakery. It now produces more than 15 types of bread and some cakes and supplies the Paganella High Plateau with its fresh daily bread. It also supplies the North of Italy with its frozen product.It has been certified UNI EN ISO 9001 2000 ( a guarantee of high quality).
