In the evening the village come to life, with the many different events and shows.
Molveno sticks to tradition also when it come to cuisine: in hotels, restaurants and mountain huts alike. Local dishes are prepared with special care: from polenta (maize cake)
with game, to barley soup, from salted meat with beans to a special cake made of smashed potatoes, from “strangolapreti” (sort of ravioli”) to “canederli” (local bread gnocchi), from a special local cake to apple strudel.
In terms of accomodation, Molveno offers a very wide range of possibilities: from hotels to bed-and-breakfast, from flats to camping sites.
