Molveno is just 42 km from Trento, via Mezzolombardo, and 47 km via Sarche. The chief town of the Trentino region is well worth a visit for the quality and variety of monuments and historical, cultural and artistic testimonies that characterize its historic centre. Every Thursday and Saturday during the months of July and August, guided tours to the Castello di Buonconsiglio (entrance fee: Euro 3,00) are organized.( meeting place c/o l’Ufficio Turismo Trentino – Via Manci 2 at 10,00am. For a guided tour of the historical city centre, the meeting place is the same, but at 15,00 pm).
The city Market is every Thursday morning at Piazza Duomo - via Verdi.
