Over the years, Molveno as a tourist’s resort, has taken to heart the needs of its smaller guests and offers services and structures to satisfy even the most demanding child. In the last few years the entertainment programme which takes place down by the lake, lasts all day and the participation to these activities are free of charge. The waterpark annexed to the swimming pool has further enriched the children’s list of entertainment as have the “ Animal Farm” and the “Forest Park”,( Pradel ), which were opened in Summer 2006 and heartily welcomed by all the children.

The inter communal library of the Plateau has, for many years now, organized a children’s theatre “ Il Barbatangheri” (= he who acts in spite of louts) with more than 15 top quality shows from July to August. It has now become one of the most esteemed theatrical reviews of its kind in the Alps.

Furthermore, there are some activities organized by the Adamello Brenta Nature Park thought up especially for kids from 6 to 12 years, such as “Il parco da favola”, ( the fairy tale park) This is a fun way of learning about the legends, the flowers and the animals and all the wonders and secrets of this magical park. Every Friday morning from 9.30 to noon alternatively at Molveno, Andalo and Fai della Paganella.

It’s possible to see real life bears at the Bear Park at Spormaggiore. The bear, known as the “lord of the woods”, is also the symbol of the Adamello Brenta Park.

For all canoing fans there’s some fantastic news. As from Summer 2006, pluri world and olympionic champion, Antonio Rossi, will give weekly canoeing courses from 20th August to 3rd September. The promotional cost of Euro 100 includes the hire of the canoe.

There are several equipped game parks at Molveno and many green meadows where children can run, jump and play all day and every day.

Molveno warmly welcomes all children and is pleased to see that year after year the number of children present at Molveno is for ever increasing.
