Beach - Roman Bridge - Napoleon Fortress

Descrizione

After the camping site a path leads to the Roman Bridge and continues on the old road that till the first world war connected the Non Valley with the Garda Lake through Molveno, Nembia, Moline, Sarche (crossroad for Ranzo-Vezzano). At this time it was important for the livestock market
Reaching the Corno pass there are two possibilities: turning right and after 100 m. arrive to the refreshment area Baita Fortini; or turning left and visit the Napoleon Blockhouses. This is an Austrian fortification built at the beginning of 1800 to fight the French troops. After a few meters there is a passage between the stones-wall: through the meadow, than on the right going up till the top of Doss Corno. From here there is a magnificent panorama. You can come back for the same way or choosing one of these possibilities: come back trough the meadow to the stones-wall, arriving to the house go straight ahead and enter the Roman Bridge road. If coming down you turn right to Gaggia along a slightly traced path you arrive on the lake’s shores. Bordering the lake towards the Roman Bridge you arrive in the large meadow which lays under the road that goes up to the Roman Bridge.
a) This area will be interested by an ecological-protecting project.come back to Passo Corno in direction Baita Fortini. After a few meters next to the cross, enter the path for Malga di Ceda di Villa and Malga d’Andalo: after the river Ceda near the third hairpin-bend on the left, enter the path Bondai (direction Molveno) and then into the road that leads from Croce Marocchi up to Malga d’Andalo. At the cross turn right and reach the camping site. From the cross Passo Corno to the third hairpin-bend are 1000 mt., the last 500 mt. Are in a slope
