A champion from Molveno: Luca Donini the brother of the wind.
Luca Donini, world (2001) and European (2006) paragliding champion, first took to flight in the Brenta Dolomites, just above Molveno. The favorable climatic and wind conditions of Molveno and more specific the Pradel plateau, where take off takes place, make it the perfect place to practice this ever more popular sport. Luca Donini, thanks to his obstinacy and courage mixed with his innate class, has become a valid testimony to this sport and Molveno is grateful to him for the great example of professionalism and commitment he has given.
